Xrail services are provided via the following legal entities:
- Xrail AG is based in Basel, Switzerland and manages the strategic development and overall coordination of the Alliance
- Xrail Sweden AB is based in Stockholm and is responsible for all required IT developments and operations

- The Xrail Central Team, including external staff, works for Xrail in a virtual team across Europe.
